| "Handcrafted from Vine to
Wine" Our wines showcase "The Place" or terrior,
Northern New Mexico, that they come from. To do this,
we sustainably nurture and raise all grapes used to
make our wines as we believe wine is made more in the
vineyard than the winery. We proudly display the "New
Mexico True" designation on all our wines. The winery is boutique in style, nestled near the Rio Grande river in the village of Corrales where we tend approximately 15 small vineyards. We experiment with and produce award winning wines from several varieties that include Chardonnay, Dry Riesling, Semillon, Gruner Veltliner, Roussanne, Rose of Leon Millot, Zinfandel, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Mourvedre along with red and white table wine - Corrales Red and White. Our wines are all barrel aged in French oak, made in an "Old World" style and average one year plus bottle age. Dedicated to the principles of quality through hands-on production of a limited fine wines, our wines can be tasted at our once per month tasting (see Events) and can be found in locally owned restaurants and liquor stores (see Home), or call us at (505) 898-3998 for purchasing. The Winery is open for tours & tastings by appointment, normally with several days notice.
