A classy white blend that changes every year and composed
 of Riesling, Chardonnay, Sémillon & Sauvignon Blanc.
Crisp  with creamy texture, tangy acidity and flavors of
 melon, apple and pear.


2021 CHARDONNAY                   $31/bottle
"Estate Bottled" 
Made in a crisp style, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented
and aged in French Oak - sur lie' without malolactic fermentation
to retain natural acidity. The wine rewards bottle aging adding
complexity.
  Aromas of citrus & green apple, delicate flavors of pear,
apple and mineral, soft texture, crisp acidity and long finish.
 Alcohol 12.8%, 75 cases produced.


2021 DRY RIESLING                        $30/bottle
                                "Estate Bottled"           
Made from six vineyards -  31 yr old Old Church, 13 yr old Pierce & Gerhart, 7 yr old Lynn & Fletcher, and 5 yr old Williams - the grapes are harvested at low sugar levels, barrel fermented in neutral French oak and aged on the lees resulting in a crisp dry wine with aromas of pear, apple and slate, flavors of orchard fruit, tangy acidity and long finish.  Alcohol 12.7%, 70 cases produced.

"Estate Bottled"                           
The clay soils of Lynn vineyard and cool Corrales nights create a wine with aromas of  nectarine, flower and spice, flavors of meyer lemon, lime and mineral, followed by bright, crisp and tangy acidity and a long finish.  Alcohol 12.6%, 25 cases produced.

    
ROSE'                                                   $22/bottle
Made from whole cluster pressed Leon Millot and Zinfandel, barrel fermented and aged 'sur lie' in a neutral French oak barrel for a short time. The wine displays aromas of orange zest, honeysuckle, smooth texture, vibrant flavors of honeydew, orange and lemon and tangy acidity.  25 cases made

2022  ROUSSANNE                        $32/bottle   
 "Estate Bottled"       
Grown in the Williams and Silver Milagro vineyards, the wine is made dry and crisp. Fruit is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak and aged surlie for a short time. It presents aromas of flower, white peach and honeysuckle, flavors of Meyer lemon, pear and mineral, round texture, tangy acidity and long finish. 12.5 % alcohol, 24 cases produced.

Grown in the Cowen vineyard, the wine is made dry and crisp. Fruit is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak and aged surlie for a short time. It presents aromas of roses, peach & apricot, flavors of pear, mango and mineral, round texture, tangy acidity and long finish. 12.5 % alcohol, 25 cases produced.

2022  SEMILLON                                 $31/bottle
 "Estate Bottled"       
Grown in the Franklin and Gerhart vineyards, the wine is made in a dry and crisp style. Fruit is whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented in neutral French Oak and aged surlie for a short time. It presents aromas of lime & grapefruit and pear, flavors of pear & apple, round soft texture, balanced tangy  acidity and long finish. 12.2 % alcohol, 35 cases available.

CORRALES RED                      $21/bottle
An enticing blend that changes every year and is composed of Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine presents aromas and flavors of red berries and currant with round texture and pleasing tannins. Aged for a minmum 10 months in French oak.
       
2020 ZINFANDEL                                    $32/bottle
  "Estate Bottled"       
A  Claret style, aged 20 months in French Oak. It exhibits aromas of black cherry, spice & anise, lush texture, inviting flavors of blackberry & boysenberry, tangy acidity, fine tannin and a long finish. Alcohol 13.6%, 90 cases produced.


2019 SYRAH                                     $34/bottle
"Estate Bottled"
Grown on the warm Corrales hillside in sandy soils, barrel aged in French Oak for 21 months creating an Old World style. The wine displays aromas of red boysenberry, earth and leather, juicy flavors of red currant and pomegranate, round texture, medium tannin, balanced acidity and a long finish.  It will reward bottle aging. 13.5% alcohol, 50 cases produced.

2019 MERLOT                                     $32/bottle
"Estate Bottled"
Merlot from Dehlinger, Old Church & Corrales Road vineyards all planted to clone 181 and is grown loamy clay soils. After two years aging in French Oak barrels followed by two years in the bottle, the wine displays aromas of black fruit, earth and herbs, lush texture, layered flavors of black cherry, black berry and plum, pleasing acidity, soft tannin and a long finish. 13.5% alcohol, 100 cases produced. 


 

2020 CABERNET SAUVIGNON   $36/bottle                           "Estate Bottled"    
Third vintage from our Coronado Vineyard planted with clones 4, 169 & 412.  The wine was barrel aged 2 years in French oak before bottling followed by one year bottle age. Aromas of black cherry, ripe strawberry, spice and green peppercorn, flavors of ripe red cherry, red currant and raspberry, medium tannin, balanced acidity and a long finish.  50 cases, 13.6% alcohol


2019 PINOT NOIR                                  SOLD OUT
                   "Estate Bottled"                          
Made in an Old World style from the cane pruned, Clone 115,  Lynn vineyard planted in clay soils next to the Rio Grande. Fruit is macerated,fermented with native and cultured yeast, gently pressed, barrel aged two years in French Oak and one year in bottle. Aromas of cherry and cranberry, rich flavors of red currant, raspberry, red plum and mineral, round texture, balanced acidity with fine tannin on a long finish. 23 cases, 13.5% alc.


2020 CABERNET  FRANC           $37/bottle

Grown in our Coronado Vineyard on the warm Corrales hillside from clones 4, 214 & 312, the wine was barrel aged 2 years in French oak followed by one year bottle age. Aromas of dark red cherry, earth and peppermint, flavors of red boysenberry, cherry and slate, round smooth texture, soft  tannin, balanced acidity and a long finish. 26 cases, 13.5% alcohol

Grown on the warm hillsides of Corrales. Now going on seven  years of age, the wine displays aromas of red berry, earth, and spice, complex flavors of cherry, currant and mineral, smooth texture, balanced acidity, soft tannin and a long finish. Alcohol 13.5%


2017 "Old Church" ZINFANDEL   $41/bottle
"Estate Bottled"
Our Reserve Zinfandel from the Old Church Road vineyard with aromas of pie spice and raspberry, rich complex flavor of boysenberry and black cherry, all balanced with lush round texture, balanced acidity, soft tannin and a long finish. The wine was aged in French oak 2 years and bottle aged 3 years. 14.5% alcohol, 48 cases

2018 RED CUVÉE                                  $43/bottle  
Estate Bottled"
A Bordeaux field blend of 54% Cab. Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 16% Cab. Franc from old vines in Franklin vineyard. The grapes are gently de-stemmed, co-fermented with indigenous and cultured yeasts, barrel aged 2 years in a French Oak followed by 3 years of bottle age. The wine presents aromas of black cherry and currant, flavors of raspberry, currant and cherry, elegant texture, balanced acidity, fine tannin and a long finish. 13.5% alcohol, 27 cases.


2018 "Old Church" Chardonnay  Sold Out                         "Estate Bottled"
A reserve wine made from Clone 15 vines in the Old Church vineyard,
in an Old World Burgundian style - whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged in French Oak 'sur-lie' without malolactic fermentation to retain natural acidity. The wine displays a
romas of citrus, apple and honeysuckle, flavors of lemon, pear and mineral, silky texture, crisp tangy acidity and a long finish. 25 cases produced
